Located at the intersection of 34th Street and 17th Street in Mersin, 34 Office was designed as a modern, environmentally conscious commercial complex in a densely urban area. The project aims not only to serve as an office facility but also to create a living environment integrated with its surroundings. The five-block building group achieves a cohesive impact through a consistent architectural language of proportions, materials, and façade organization.

The façades feature natural stone cladding and sustainable systems compliant with LEED criteria, enhancing both the aesthetic and environmental performance of the building. Dynamic masses oriented toward main arteries and low-rise blocks integrated with the landscape establish a varied yet harmonious architectural balance.

Plazas, hanging gardens, and pond-supported landscaped areas create semi-public open spaces that facilitate user circulation. This approach fosters a flexible and contemporary work environment connected to nature, while providing a new focal point within Mersin’s evolving commercial fabric.
