GRAIN CAFE

The Grain Cafe project was designed based on the brand’s slogan, “Fast. Fresh. Yours.”, focusing on a functional and minimalist spatial layout. In line with the healthy menu concept, the goal was to create a natural, airy, and balanced interior environment.

Located among business towers, the café serves as a tranquil escape for professionals in the area, fulfilling its architectural role as a calm retreat within a dynamic urban setting. The design was structured around user needs and divided into three functional zones — circulation flow, seating arrangement, and service line — all planned accordingly.

Through the use of light-toned natural materials, stainless steel, custom-designed ceramic surfaces reflecting the brand identity, and raw concrete finishes, a cohesive atmosphere was achieved. Grain Cafe reinterprets the brand’s minimalist design philosophy through the harmony of natural textures and spatial composition.
