Located in the dynamic fabric of Çamlıbel in the heart of Mersin, Levante introduces a multi-functional building approach with its ground-floor commercial units, indoor parking, and nine residential floors above. Designed entirely in 1-bedroom flat layouts, the 45 units offer a flexible usage scenario suitable for both short- and long-term stays.

The building mass establishes a strong urban base through a prominent frame that wraps around the first three floors above ground, while the setbacks on the upper levels lighten the volume as it rises. In this way, the structure achieves a balanced rhythm—harmonizing with its surroundings while maintaining its own architectural identity. The rooftop terrace brings the Mediterranean light and breeze into the living spaces, creating a social focal point that merges with the cityscape.

The façade design emphasizes clean lines, rhythmic openings, and green bands.
