Located in the city center of Mersin, MB Bulut Mix-Use brings together 9,000 m² of retail and office space with 48 residential units spread over 12,000 m², creating a multifunctional and balanced living and working environment.
The project, featuring low-rise blocks and a landscape-focused layout, aims to provide a protected, nature-integrated living experience despite its central urban location. The open spaces between the building masses transform into semi-public, green areas where users can take a break from the city’s intensity and enjoy moments of respite during the day.
The façade design is characterized by angled vertical elements and recessed balcony voids, providing both visual depth and spatial layering. These elements create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow as sunlight changes throughout the day, giving the building a lively and expressive façade identity. At the same time, they enhance the quality of living within the residential units by ensuring privacy, natural ventilation, and thoughtful orientation.
